We are very proud that Rosetta Stone has been announced as a finalist in the BETT awards 2015 International Digital Resource category. Our innovative education solutions made it on to the shortlist for the award that honours exemplary digital and online resources that are successful internationally.
The strengths of our language learning programme for schools as an effective programme for beginners to intermediates convinced the judging panel of experienced educational professionals. All digital resources were assessed based on specific criteria including design, cost-effectiveness, accessibility, innovation, enabling effective learning, and supporting learning beyond classroom. A critical aspect was teacher training and support.
From our global experience working with over 22,000 educational institutions around the world and thanks to our fantastic customers, we were able to take case studies and examples from successful implementations at Frankfurt International School (DE), Harrogate Grammar School (UK), Norlington School for Boys (UK), the College of Western Idaho (USA) and Evangelische Schule Berlin Zentrum (DE) to demonstrate the impact of our solution.
BETT is Europe’s largest education and learning event which gives us great pride in being on the shortlist in this category.
The awards ceremony is on 21st January in London – we have our fingers firmly crossed!
