Brian Helman, Chief Financial Officer

Brian Helman directs all financial functions of the corporation.

Prior to joining Rosetta Stone, he was chief financial officer for NEON Systems, a publicly held provider of mainframe integration software. Before NEON, Brian served in various senior financial management positions for NetSpeak Corporation, a Voice Over IP software provider.

Brian also served in the business advisory service practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP and holds a B.S. in finance from the University of Florida. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
