As president and CEO, Tom Adams is dedicated to making language learning accessible and successful for learners worldwide. Since joining the company in 2003, he has grown Rosetta Stone into the world’s no.1 language-learning software solution.
Before joining Rosetta Stone, Tom was a commodity merchant, managing partnerships across the world. A native of Sweden, he grew up in France and England. He holds a degree in history from Bristol University, England, and a master of business administration degree from INSEAD, an international business school. He speaks Swedish, English and French fluently and has a working knowledge of Spanish. His Chinese is basic, while he is currently learning Russian.
