Return Policy

Every Rosetta Stone CD-ROM is backed by an unconditional six-month guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with the progress you’re making, we’ll return your money, no questions asked.
To initiate a return or exchange, please call Customer Care on +31 0808 178 5192 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. GMT (Monday to Friday), to receive a Return Authorisation Number. We are unable to process your request without it.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for products not purchased directly from Rosetta Stone.
